BREATHWORK

Our bodies are quite adept at repairing themselves. We use breath work techniques to work through anxiety, stress and trauma. Diaphragmatic breathing helps calm the nervous system and boost serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin, and endorphins. When your body is experiencing anxiety it impacts your nervous system which supports your digestion, hormones and sleep. We use a variety of breath work techniques from cycle breathing to coherent breathing to yoga breathing.

PILATES

PIlates is a great way to get in a low impact work out while increasing strength and muscle tone. This workout is great for improving posture, balance, and stability. Pilates is designed to enhance the mind body connection while aligning the body and fine tuning neuromuscular patterns . Pilates combines movement with breath to work the deeper stabilizing muscles of the core. Join us on the mat or reformer!

STRETCH

Regular stretching increases flexibility and stamina, relieves tightness and enhances flexibility. Stretch therapy focuses on your physical health and overall mobility allowing your joints to move through their full range of motion.  Stretching can decrease your risk of injury as well as increase the blood flow to your muscles.

We believe many illnesses are caused by toxins in our foods, unhealed trauma, and an imbalanced lifestyle. Avoiding manufactured ingredients and pesticides reduces the harmful substances entering our bodies.
